 Many people and mental protagonists actually find the whole idea behind a hypnosis CD quite presumptuous for the very fact that it assumes that everyone has the same learning capacities. These assumptions of monotony in learning and self-education for hypnosis techniques does not aid in the whole learning experience. A quick survey of hypnosis CDs reveals it to be nothing more than a collection of CDs and DVDs with calm music, a carefully constructed program backed by a soothing voice.
