Bad beginnings and unhappy endings in the anecdotes and dramas of our lives seem to appear without reason but it is still our hand that wields the pen. Negativity is the villain that rules our brains and we have the power to improve our lives using deep brain stimulation.

Your subconscious mind is the machine that drives you – mind, body and soul. It takes direction from the conscious part of your mind and then dutifully carries out its function – to the letter. Who we are, what we do, and how we act are all down to our subconscious. Imagine the power that has, strung by something so intangible that no modern machine can detect. It is the spirit of our cerebral cortex, the divine rod, so to speak that guides us along our human lives. What if I told you that you could train your subconscious mind and focus it to give you massive success?

There is no doubt that your mind is the most powerful tool a human being can ever possess. If your heart is the engine, your mind is the drive behind it and it can lead you to places you would never have imagined possible. Mind power has been documented for thousands of years, from French monks to modern day proponents of mental power – the utilisation of the secret potentials within the electro-pulse storms within the deep recesses of our brain. I am pretty sure that the first question that comes to your mind when you read the title is – what is this guy talking about? Well, that was my initial reaction the moment someone told me that controlling my brainwaves was the key to reaching the goals in my life. I looked at him, raised my eyebrows and sniffed hard for traces of whiskey. But all kidding aside, this statement is the new masthead for the personal development industry of today. Brain wave entrainment, or the technology or method of triggering specific electromagnetic waves from your cerebrum is a reality in today’s society. Packaged in something as ordinary as a CD or a manual, this is the new holy grail of mental control and taking back control of your life like you have never imagined.

Your brain exists in different stages that are determined by the state that you are in. Conscious, walking around or even in deep sleep – our brains produce electromagnetic waves in differing frequency ranges that have been scientifically marked as Alpha all the way to the Theta stage. From mental focus to alertness and emotional stability, each frequency has a function which seems to be optimised when produced. What this means is that brainwaves can produce an enhanced reaction – learn better, speak better, think better etc – and this is why they are your most important tool to success.

Who would have thought that the remedy for a healthier life, mind, body and soul could be the simple use of sound? We all know that music can change our moods and lift our spirits, but do you know that music and engineered sound of different frequencies can actually unlock the subconscious and enable us to release the power of our minds to do good to our lives? For most people in the turbulent world, the subconscious is suffering from diseased perceptions and bad news syndrome – all affecting how it controls our emotions. Brainwave entrainment, the technology behind this sound healing for your subconscious, is the good doctor we all need.

Brainwave entrainment is the process of stimulation. When any aspect of our senses is used, the brain is stimulated and will emit an electrical charge as a sort of response to this stimulation. This reaction forms the basis of our visceral experience – making ‘real’ the items we see, touch or smell. Scientifically, it is called a cortical evoked response; an electrical response that can be measured through brain wave recognition technology. Massive research into this area, backed by a multi-billion-dollar-a-year industry, has led to the discovery that certain brain wave maps allow for heightened intelligence, drive, internal energy and creativity.
